Liberal hypocrisy has been exposed once again.

Sen. Ted Cruz, Michelle Malkin and thousands on Twitter slammed Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) after she suggested that Latinos were not smart enough to measure up in a “merit-based” immigration system Trump has proposed.

Omar, who always refuses to remove her tweets no matter how controversial, immediately deleted this one after many called her a racist.

Omar wrote: “A ‘merit based’ immigration policy is fueled by racism toward the Latinx community. Our immigration policies shouldn’t be based on discrimination, fear, or bigotry. We should welcome immigrants to our country and offer a simple pathway to citizenship.”

The implication of course is that Hispanics aren’t intelligent enough to earn immigration by “merit” under Trump’s new system. Typical hypocrisy from liberals who routinely accuse conservatives of false racism.

Actress Mindy Robinson, who was first to notice that Omar deleted her tweet, took a screenshot of it:

Cruz later responded to Omar’s comments, writing on Twitter: “As the son of a Cuban immigrant whose Dad came to get a math degree & become a computer programmer, I’m troubled that Dems seem to believe Hispanic immigrants can’t qualify for skills-based legal immigration. Bringing in more scientists, engineers & doctors is good for US jobs.”

Michelle Malkin also called out Omar over her racist comments, tweeting: “So Ms. Smarty Pants @ilhanmn deleted her tweet, cuz she finally realized that in accusing the President of raaaaaaaaaaacism, she was sounding mighty raaaaaaaaaacist herself.”

And she wasn’t alone.

In India, patients with mild and moderate symptoms are considered no longer active after 10 days of symptom onset if they meet certain conditions. A test to confirm that they no longer have the virus is not required. Severe cases can only be discharged after one negative coronavirus test.

  6. “You can see why the pandemic is raging in the States but not in Canada when you look at the difference between the boats,” one Canadian tourist told reporters.
