Biden: “Putin May Circle Kiev with Tanks, But He’ll Never Gain the Hearts and Souls of the IRANIAN People”

Joe Biden on Tuesday delivered his first State of the Union address.

Biden’s speech was marred by mumbles, stumbles, teleprompter confusion and gaffes – as usual.

Then he delivered this gem…

“Putin may circle Kiev with tanks, but he’ll never gain the hearts and souls of the ‘Iranian’ people.”
