As we reported this morning, two Ohio high school football players were suspended from the team after they ran onto the field on 9-11 with thin blue line and thin red line flags in support of the anniversary, and the heroes lost that day at the WTC.

The thin blue line flag represents support for police officers and the thin red line flag represents support for fire fighters.

The boys were honoring 9-11 victims and their fathers who work as a police officer and a fire fighter.

What thanks did they get for this awesome show of support for heroes? A permanent suspension for the entire season!

We provided the website, email and phone numbers of the Little Miami school that suspended them for our readers to let the school know how they felt about this outrage.

Well in just a few short hours, the backlash against the school’s administrators has been so great that, moments ago, they emailed 24News to let us know they REVERSED the suspension for the two players, effective immediately.

They attached an image of this letter:

“While the district understands these students’ desire show their support of our first responders especially on the anniversary of 9/11, they did not obtain permission from district officials to do this. School administrators must act when students break the rules, and these students were suspended from practice while the incident was investigated.

“With the Board’s support, the superintendent and high school administrators have completed the investigation. The results show that there were no political motivations behind this display of support for first responders on 9/11, but there were stances of lnsubordination.

“Moving forward, Little Miami is returning the players to active status and this matter will be adĀ dressed as an Athletic Department Code of Conduct issue, with any potential consequences to be handled by coaching staff.”

Then, with tail between legs, she tried to patch up wounded relations with the local police and fire departments, who came out in huge support for these boys…

“Little Miami Local Schools is saddened to see this story take such a negative turn. The district enjoys an outstanding relationship with our local police and fire agencies. In fact, the Patriot Night program Friday night featured a script recognizing first responders, information about what happened on 9/11, a poem celebrating those who sacrificed their lives and a rememĀ brance ceremony with a moment of silence. We regret that such a moment of solemnity was somehow lost in this event.”

If you called or emailed the school in support of these young men, THANK YOU…you made a big difference!

The people who should be disciplined are the ignorant morons on the Little Miami Local School Board of Education. Administrators such as these are the largest contributor to the completely dysfunctional education system that pervades our country today. They should be forced to read ”The Death of Common Sense How Law is Suffocating the United States”. These people simply validate that Liberalism is a Mental Didoder.

Jane, unfortunately, ever since the “Bong Hits for Jesus” Supreme Court decision (yes, really), less well known as Morse v. Frederick, schools have essentially total control over children during any activity even remotely connected to the school.

Parents need to exercise diligent oversight of their school boards and school staff, otherwise you just end up with a Lower Merion School District where the idiots in charge think they have the right to watch your child in his/her bedroom over their school-supplied laptop’s webcam, or a school board that tries to shove Creationism into biology classes, or a bunch of BLM-supporting Marxists who teach white kids that they are white devils.
