The more that comes out about the incident yesterday between police and a black man in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the more it appears the police may have been justified in acting to stop the man who ignored their commands.

In any case, this is not what is being portrayed by the mainstream media, Biden campaign, and BLM activists: an innocent man “murdered” for no reason.

Here is what the national media will NOT tell you.

Jacob Blake, the man shot by police in Kenosha, Wisc., has a long history of violent crimes, domestic violence, assaulting officers and resisting arrest.

There had also been a warrant for Blake’s arrest issued on 7/7/2020 (see below) for misdemeanor criminal trespass to a dwelling with domestic abuse as a modifier; felony third-degree sexual assault with domestic abuse as a modifier; and misdemeanor disorderly conduct with domestic abuse as a modifier.

He also has numerous past charges for gun crimes, police assault, domestic abuse and even a sex crime. One arrest from Racine County Eye is detailed below where he resisted officers:

Here is the full text of the report:

Racine police say K9 Dozer had to help officers take a man into custody when the man refused to go quietly into custody after he pulled a gun at a local bar.

Jacob Blake, 24, of Racine, was charged Monday in Racine County Circuit Court with one felony count of resisting arrest, causing a soft tissue injury to a police officer, and one misdeameanor count each of carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, endangering safety-use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he will face up to 8-1/2 years in prison and/or up to $50,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, Blake and two women were at the Brass Monkey Tavern, 1436 Junction Avenue, Saturday, when Blake got into an argument with another patron and pulled a black handgun. Glake pointed the gun at another man, and the magazine fell to the floor. the bartender told Blake to leave, and he did but then pointed the gun through the window at patrons inside the bar before walking South on Junction Avenue.

So last night in Kenosha the police were called about a domestic violence situation and arrived to find Jacob Blake — who had an outstanding arrest warrant for domestic violence — who was ignoring commands from the police and attempting to leave with young kids in the car.

As he reached into his car, he was shot seven times (see video below). Were the police trying to protect Jacob Blake’s victim and the children from a known serial domestic abuser and violent felon? Don’t those black lives matter too?

How many times have we seen perps gets guns from cars and shoot police? Many times, sadly some of those with fatal results to officers.

Like this 2018 incident, in which a man escapes a Taser restraint (as did Blake), goes to his car to get his gun and shoots officers (see 0:40 mark):

Those officers showed almost unbelievable restraint in not using lethal force — and paid the price for it.

Now another look at what happened last night — at least from the single angle, far away shot we are able to see — when police attempted to arrest Jacob Blake.

The video below shows Jacob walking away from the police. The police officer walking behind him has his gun drawn. It’s not clear what the police are saying to him, but Blake keeps walking away and proceeds to open the driver’s side of a vehicle and reach inside. The police officer behind him pulls on his t-shirt, as he tries to stop him from entering the vehicle, but he continues to move inside the vehicle, leaning down as though he’s grabbing at something. The police officer then appears to open fire on the suspect.

***Warning***the video is very graphic.

Maybe the officers were justified. Maybe not.

What is damn well NOT justified is bashing another officer in the back of the skull with a BRICK, causing a concussion, as happened an hour after the shooting:

Or the torching of a large portion of the town, including an entire car dealership up in flame from rioting mobs:

Are we a nation of laws, or of uncontrolled violent mobs?

  1. The man was figuring that no cops are going to shoot a black man in this political environment. And the cop was figuring that his number one priority was to go home after end of shift and see his kids.

  2. According to other stories I read, Blake was not involved in any abuse, but rather, he was trying to break up domestic abuse happening in a neighbouring home, and this is what eyewitnesses are saying.  For instance, according to the the Associated Press,

“Several witnesses said that Blake tried to break up a fight between two women outside a nearby home, according to Kenosha News.”

Benjamin Crump shared video of the incident on his Twitter feed, and confirmed today he is now representing Blake’s family, and will ‘demand answers’ from police.

‘Their irresponsible, reckless and inhumane actions nearly cost the life of a man who was simply trying to do the right thing by intervening in a domestic incident. It’s a miracle he’s alive.'”

Yet you write the following while implying that Blake was one who was suspected of abusing someone:

“So last night in Kenosha the police were called about a domestic violence situation and arrived to find Jacob Blake . . . Were the police trying to protect Jacob Blake’s victim and the children from a known serial domestic abuser and violent felon? Don’t those black lives matter too?”

Why pretend Blake was involved in a crime, when there was no evidence he was involved in any crime?

And do you really think people are just supposed to do whatever bully cops tell them to and never defend themselves?

The AP article mentions that Blake had three kids in the vehicle:

“Blake’s three children were inside the SUV and watched as their father was gunned down, the family’s attorney, Ben Crump, confirmed.”

The simple fact is there is not even a shred of evidence he was involved in any criminal activity.  And if he is not under arrest, the police cannot detain him, and thus he is free to walk away, since police cannot detain anyone during a Terry stop.  This is what US Supreme Court decisions Terry v. Ohio. And Florida v. Royer actually decided.

    1. Well the fact that he was stealing the car which is the reason the cops were called is a criminal activity. GET the FACTS.

  3. There was an active warrant for his arrest and he has a criminal back ground of pulling a gun on officers besides the fact he was resisting and failing to comply with police officers instructions

  4. The problem with the world today your only shown what the main stream media wants you to see and they cover up the rest its a tragic thing that this happened but realize this a man with an active arrest warrant history of pulling a gun on officers and a lengthy rap sheet police dont know if there was a gun in the car all he had to do is comply with police instruction and fight the issue in court not resist arrest and become combative plus knowing his kids were in the car no rational person would ever put there family in harms way police have families and a job to do and would like to return home to loved ones everyday

    1. All black people do is make our criminals of the community heroes, like George Floyd,a3day funeral bs. What in Hades was that a freaking circus, that guy in wish. Was a thug with no respect for anything.

  5. Jacob Blake clearly was without dispute a career criminal with a long and felonious history – as you can see from the article above. I don’t think seven shots in the back were necessarily the right response but, I find it hard to feel sympathetic when most of us go through our lives without breaking laws, acting like idiots when police stop us, and getting arrested for domestic violence. Jacob Blake was no angel and not the easygoing happy law-abiding person his family and the media are making him out to be – not by a g#d damn long shot.
