On the 18th anniversary of 9/11, The New York Times tweeted a link to an article remembering the victims of the terrorist attack.
But this is the New York Times, the same far-leftist paper that just last week offered a glowing tribute to Mao Zedong — without even bothering to mention the over 60 million people he slaughtered.
So of course their 9/11 tweet did not include the actual cause of the attack — Islamic terrorism. But it got even more bizarre that that…failing to blame any actual people at all!

Airplanes “took aim”?
Are you kidding me?

Who wrote this, Rep. Ilhan “Some People Did Something” Omar (D-MN)?
Instant karma erupted across Twitter…
Some planes did something

We need common sense airplane control.
— Magical Terrapin Andii (@Andiiterrapin) September 11, 2019
Some airplanes did some things.

Damn! This is how you honor the dead? The planes killed them?
— Sapientia🌬💨🎏 (@terrasapientiae) September 11, 2019
Islamic terrorists. They were Islamic terrorists who took control of those planes and killed all of those innocent people.

We should have seen it coming after all those planes attacked Pearl Harbor.

More pro-Islamist propaganda from the formerly great NYT.

The airplanes are not to blame.
People are to blame.
Al Qaeda is to blame.
Terrorism is to blame.
Who owns New York Times? The choice of words clearly a deliberate move to rewrite history, to lighten the gravity of it… aimed at the younger generation so they will not know the real story. Which part of #NeverForget911 did they not get? 🇺🇸💔

Ouch! We literally could not find a single comment that was positive.
And so the once-vaunted NYTimes, which almost never retracts anything, was forced to do exactly that:
We've deleted an earlier tweet to this story and have edited for clarity. The story has also been updated.

Pathetic. #LearnToCode
