More bad news for the Socialist talking parrot, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
A new poll of her fellow New Yorkers from Siena College blames Socialist Ocasio-Cortez as the biggest “villain” in Amazon cancelling its plans to move their headquarters to New York City.
A new poll shows that after the cancellation of the deal that would have brought Amazon to Queens, New York, along with an estimated 25,000 jobs, a cancellation which Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) championed, more than three times as many respondents viewed her as a villain rather than a hero. The findings of the Siena College poll of New Yorkers taken between March 10-14 prompted Siena College pollster Steven Greenberg to say, “Only 12 percent call her hero, while 38 percent label her a villain.”
Moreover, two-thirds of voters s ay the cancellation — which AOC celebrated — was bad
The Amazon spokesperson also blamed Ocasio-Cortez after the plan was scrapped.
Via Bulls and Bears:
Thios latest poll adds to AOC’s recent troubles with her constituents.
As The Daily Wire reported on Saturday, a new poll from left-leaning Gallup found Ocasio-Cortez’s “unfavorable” rating skyrocketing; the poll, released on Friday, found that the increase in Ocasio-Cortez’s “unfavorable” rating in recent months had more than doubled her increase in “favorable ratings.”
“Half of U.S. adults were unfamiliar with or had no opinion of her in September after her seismic primary win over the summer, but that figure has shrunk to 29% today,” Gallup reported. “But the increased visibility has not improved her overall standing with Americans.”
In another tidbit that buttresses the findings of the Siena College poll that Ocasio-Cortez is not widely popular, The Daily Wire noted, “Gallup further noted that Ocasio-Cortez’s favorable rating was ‘underwater’ among the majority of groups and was only viewed as favorable among 56% of Democrats.”
If this is how her own left-leaning peeps think of her, how do Democrats think America will welcome these ideas when their candidates bring them national in 2020?
