FoxNews SUSPENDS Jeanine Pirro for At Least Two Weeks After Comments on Rep. Ilhan Omar

As conservatives — including President Trump himself — fume over the liberal shift of FoxNews in recent months, the Channel has just taken down its most popular weekend host — after demands from the far-left, terror-linked Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).

FoxNews has reportedly suspended Judge Jeanine Pirro for at least two weeks, following her remarks about Muslim Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

Fox has pulled Justice with Judge Jeanine from next weekend’s lineup (9pm slot), after pulling her off the air without explanation this past Saturday, according the network’s online calendar.

The Fox web page for Justice with Judge Jeanine is still up, however. For now.

Up until last Saturday night, Justice with Judge Jeanine aired live at 9 p.m. Eastern Time. Fox apparently pulled the show late Saturday afternoon in response to Friday’s mosque massacre in new Zealand, as reports first surfaced early Saturday evening of the cancellation.

Screen images show Pirro’s show for Saturday, March 23 has been pulled for a replay of the Kennedy family rape scandal show that replaced her last Saturday night. Fox issued a statement last Sunday condemning Pirro’s remarks but did not mention a suspension.

CNN reported Fox has suspended Pirro for two weeks. Fox has not commented yet on taking Pirro off air.

President Trump on Sunday morning tweeted his support for Pirro and fellow embattled Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson.

Pirro’s remarks about Omar are still up on her Twitter page.

Here is a transcript of Pirro’s remarks that got her in trouble with Fox. She was addressing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) about the growing anti-Semitism within the Democratic Party.

Your party is not anti-Israel, she is. Think about this. She’s not getting this anti-Israel sentiment doctrine from the Democrat Party. So if it’s not rooted in the party, where is she getting it from? Think about it.

Omar wears a hijab, which, according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested. Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”

I don’t have to tell you, Nancy, Jews have been persecuted almost from the beginning of time, when they were forced out of Egypt, to the six million killed in the Holocaust. And now we are witnessing the rise of anti-Semitism in Europe where incidents are up seventy-four percent in the last year alone in France. Where Jewish cemeteries are regularly desecrated with swastikas and people relay the common tropes of Jews with too much money and influence.

We all know how it starts. It starts that way. Hate is hate. Hate leads to violence and violence leads to retaliation. Which then leads to unrest and worse.

Yes, Nancy, it’s all about hating Israel to promote the cause of Palestine. President Trump was right when he said the Democrat Party is now the anti-Israel party. And don’t forget, Nancy, history has proven over an over when you appease anti-Semitic sentiment, the worst happens.

And in your case, Nancy, the danger for you is that your appeasing this behavior will lead to your removal as Speaker and the Democrats, now controlled by socialists and anti-Semites, will lose the presidency in 2020.”

Fox’s newest fan is a Jew-hating member of Congress.  Minnesota congresswoman Ilhan Omar is extremely grateful that Fox defended her and punished Judge Jeanine Pirro for asking a legitimate question….

In a statement following Judge Jeanine’s opening remarks on March 9, Fox News “strongly condemned” Pirro’s comments about Muslim Rep. Omar.  A Muslim Fox News associate producer, Hufsa Kamal Khan, also called out Pirro, asking her to stop “spreading the false narrative” that Muslim women wearing a hijab “aren’t American enough.”

The funny thing is, the judge’s logical examination of the origin of Omar’s anti-Semitic statements was not bigoted, nor false, nor inciteful.

She asked a valid question.

Why does the never-ending call for “dialogue” between non-Muslims and Muslims in this country exclude asking Jeanine’s hard question relating to possible conflicts between a Muslim congresswoman’s fidelity to Islamic teachings and the Constitution?  As a salaried representative of the American people, Congresswoman Omar should be able to answer the following with a “yes” or a “no”: “Are you an American or a Muslim first?”

In September 2017, Senator Dianne Feinstein, a far-left member of Omar’s Democratic Party, essentially grilled a Catholic conservative judicial nominee, Amy Coney Barrett, at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing about this very issue.

M. Catharine Evans  of American Thinker writes that FoxNews committed a major sin because Pirro was RIGHT. She penned a blistering slam of Fox’s extreme political correctness in defending the anti-Semite Omar:

From the N.C. Register:

“You are controversial,” Feinstein declared.  “You have a long history of believing that your religious beliefs should prevail.  When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you.  And that’s of concern when you come to big issues that large numbers of people have fought for years in this country.”

“The dogma lives loudly” in a Catholic judicial nominee but not in a Muslim congresswoman?

If Feinstein’s interrogation of Barrett is the Democratic Party’s standard for determining whether a government official’s faith-based convictions will prevent him from upholding the Constitution, then Rep. Omar’s fealty to the tenets of Islam is fair game.

Shame on FoxNews. With conservative “friends” like this, who needs CNN?
